The watch or clock manufacturing defect is presented our authorized dealer or service center
For repairs or sent duly post paid with proof of purchase and the Warranty card filled with your
Details . the warranty card will be accepted only if the date of purchase dealer ‘s signature and
Stamp are present therein .
Alensso shall, at discretion, repair your Alensso Watch Clock using genuine parts
or reconditioned / replacement parts and test it before delivery to you.
Customer of Alensso watch or clock must pack product carefully and include the invoice and
Warranty card in original and written letter stating nature of defect and sent through courier to
Nearest service station if owner is not able to visit in person . The decision of the authorized
Alensso service center shall be final and binding.
The warranty does not cover;
Damage or defect caused by water. Improper use , mis – handleing , negligence or damage during
Batteries, band , strap , glass, and case are note covered by the warranty .
Discoloration, Scratches and fading of printed lettering are note covered by the warranty
Damge due to earthquake, fire, floods, and other natural causes or international damage are note
Covered by the warranty.
Alensso and is service centers are not liable for any damage in transit When you sent the product
To us through courier or when we return in through courier.
